We hired Kate for on-the-day coordination for our wedding and we cannot rave highly enough about Kate and how much we appreciated her time, talent and eye for detail - and the key impact that she had on the overall seamless running of the day. From the initial emails, she was so easy to communicate with, we really enjoyed meeting to discuss what we had booked and she gave such helpful suggestions for things we hadn’t thought of.

Leading up to the day she produced a fantastic run sheet and it was so helpful to have her as the key point of contact in that last week leading up to the wedding. Kate even came to our rehearsal the day before which was excellent to have her suggestions for the ceremony and to get the timings for the music right. This was very much above and beyond just an ‘on-the-day’ role and made us feel really prepared.

On the wedding day, Kate was just incredible. From checking in in the morning to make sure that everything was okay before she arrived, to liaising with all of our vendors, keeping timing on track, managing the sound system, packing up the reception tables and probably dozens more things we weren’t even aware of. Kate was the biggest asset to making our day so stress-free and enjoyable. We really didn’t need to think of or manage anything because Kate was on top of it all.
